Are You our new Global Solution Expert in Sales Process?

This position is based within Sales and Marketing Tools and Processes function. The function is responsible for ensuring best in class tools and processes for the global sales and marketing organizations. This includes the CRM tool SMART and other supporting tools. The function is the interface between the Sales and Marketing business organizations and the IS organization developing the tools.

The global Solution Expert is responsible for

  • working with the Sales and Marketing business organizations to identify and prioritize demands on Sales and Marketing tools and processes
  • working with ongoing strategic projects to ensure tools and process support for new ways-of-working defined
  • supporting identified local solution experts (super users) within our Global Customer organization, Regions and Marketing Units when issues related to the Sale process and SMART arise
  • Support the adoption of processes and tools in Sales and Marketing line organization

Description of duties:

  • Central support i.e. third line for functionality and process questions
  • Best practice sharing
  • Proactively analyze issues regarding Sales and Marketing tools and processes
  • Identify tools and process improvements i.e. plan and prioritize what needs to be part of
  • new releases based upon feedback from the super users and new requirements form the business
  • Train local solution experts (super users) and support them in training of users
  • Change management of users of processes and tools including travel globally to markets and regions to perform training and workshops for local solution experts (super users)

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years operational experience of sales a/o marketing work in global organization
  • 2 years experience from working with sales processes and CRM tools
  • Very good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
