Challenging Support function within Sales and Marketing Tools and Processes

This position is based within Sales and Marketing Tools and Processes function. The function is responsible for ensuring best in class tools and processes for the global sales and marketing organizations. This includes the CRM tool SMART and other supporting tools. The function is the interface between the Sales and Marketing business organizations and the IS organization developing the tools.

Description of duties:

  • Support regional and MU super users and solution experts in Sales and Marketing tools and processes i.e. third line support for functionality and process questions
  • Ensure quick resolution of support errands coordinating all involved parties for issue resolution (e.g. IS/IT organization, Master data responsible, regions, Product Business Units etc
  • Identify and update frequently asked questions and develop best practice sharing for tools and processes
  • Proactively analyze issues regarding Sales and Marketing tools and processes
  • Identify tools and process improvements based upon feedback from the super users, support errands
  • Support super user and solution expert training activities and issue analyses
  • Ensure updates of user documentation, training material, e-learning material and support material on the Intranet (Agora) and in SMART
  • Proactively make improvements of all these areas (user documentation, training material, e-learning material and support material on Agora and in SMART)
  • On a monthly basis consolidate High Performance Sales KPI’s in terms of a scorecard and related analysis and comments.
  • Be responsible for updating Best Seller competition data.
  • Support User Acceptance Tests of Sales and Marketing tools releases
  • Support specification of requirements on Tools
  • Support training and adoption activities

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience from working with sales processes and CRM tools
  • Very good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
